Terms and Conditions

Fees- These must be paid on time before your child dances at every class.

Fees are payable for all classes including those your child is absent, this includes holidays the only weeks when payment is not expected are when the teachers close the class.

We have now introduced late payment fees for those not paying fees on the date of the lesson. A 7.00 Late fee is added if your fees are not paid. This automatically added 3 days after the invoice was due. 

weekly Technique Class - £7.50

Solo Class - £7.00

Duet Class and Trio - £ 3.50 per pupil

Street Dance - £3.00

Musical Theatre £3.00

Stretch Class - £3.00

 

Deadlines- If you miss the deadline your child will not be entered into competitions and costumes will not be ordered, we have to work to deadlines. This includes if your child is absent. Please ask for bank details if you want to bank transfer the money over.

 

Attendance- It is extremely difficult to work on routines with children missing so please ensure your child is attending as many lessons as they can. Please be aware that in some cases if we have worked on a large part of choreography and your child is absent this could mean they are not in part or all of a routine depending on their length of absence and the work done at class.

Absences- Please let us know if your child is going to be absent as early as possible not just notbring them to class. – Please note teachers may not reply to these messages but it is important that we are informed in advance. – Emma’s Number - 07969389007

We do keep track of attendance.

 

Hair- French Plait, 2 French Plaits or neat secure doughnut bun with black scrunchie / d2d scrunchie bow or bun wrap, school bows should be worn.

 

Jewelry- No Jewelry is permitted at class or events

 

Warm-up Pupils must be on time for class the warm up before the class is essential and needs to be completed by everyone 

 

Uniform-

Pupils are expected to wear the uniform for all lessons and events

Dotties – Skirted leotard, tights, ballet shoes

All others ages – Bespoke uniform  (leotard, black leggings) , tap and ballet shoes

All uniform must be ordered through the school.

Pupils will be asked to remove any cardigans or jumpers that are not D2D Uniform

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILDS NAME IS IN ALL SHOES AND UNIFORM 

 

Noticeboard- Check Facebook/what’s app regularly weekly, do not rely on other parents to pass on information

 

Facebook - We have both the notification page which all notices are applied to as well as the Dare 2 Dance page please make sure you are a member of both if you are not a member or either or one please let Emma know so we can add you. We provide a lot of updates and information on these pages and as we are often busy teaching all day its often not possible for us to speak to individual parents so these pages are really helpful for keeping informed.
