Diamontes Dance & Drama

Entry into classes is dependent on FULL payment of fees. Fees are non refundable nor transferable.
We will always endeavour to recover all monies owed to us.
You must notify us no later than 7 days before a new term starts if you no longer require a place, otherwise you will be billed for the full term.
Entry into classes is dependent on a space being available.
Entry for ballet exams, external shows, and performances is solely at the discretion of the class tutor.
Dances cannot be performed outside the class without the teachers permission.
No one is permitted to watch lessons without the express permission from dance tutor.

Windows and doorways are cover to prevent unknown persons from watching classes and to prevent distracting pupils.

All uniforms should have the child’s name clearly displayed on the labels. We will make every effort to help ensure uniforms are not mislaid however, Diamontes cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Jewellery must not be worn to class - including any piercings.
Parents must ensure class tutor has an up to date emergency contact number.
Parents must make class tutor aware of any learning difficulties or health issues that their child may have.
Any arising complaints should be taken directly to the class tutor at an appropriate time.
Aggressive behaviour towards teachers or other members will not be tolerated.
