Payments and Fees

•  In order for a place to be kept open for you/your child in our classes, payment is required monthly in advance, by subscription only. 
• Signing up through Class Manager and adding your card details is the only registration and payment method Dynamic Dance Studio will accept. 
• We reserve the right to make changes to these amounts and/or collection date if necessary. In this case, you will be given notice via email prior to collection. 
• Fees are taken from your account on the 1st of each month. This covers classes for that month. Failure to make payments on time may result in losing your place in your chosen class(es). If you are having trouble paying, please speak to a member of our team and we will do our best to help.
• Any fees that are not paid on the 1st of the month will incur a £10 late payment fee. 
• Prices are based on 46 weeks worth of classes and pro-rated over 12 months. We take 2 weeks holiday at Christmas, 1 week in Easter and 3 weeks at summer.
• There is an annual membership fee of £15 per person which will automatically be taken on 15th October each year. 

• All fees and show/competition/events payments are non-refundable 
• All unattended lessons are still payable.
• Classes cancelled for reasons out of our control e.g. adverse weather etc are non refundable. 

Cancelation Policy

If you wish to cancel or add/amend a class please let us know at least 1 week before your next payment comes out. Any queries to classes after that will still be charged as normal on the 1st of the month.  

Uniform

Uniform must be worn in all classes. A Dynamic Dance T-shirt with black leggings/joggers/shorts and hair must be tied back. For ballet you need to wear a leotard, ballet socks, ballet shoes and hair tied back. If you are new to Dynamic please get in touch to order your uniform. 

Private lessons

Private lessons must be paid either on the day before your lesson or in advance. They must be booked in advance and 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given, otherwise the lesson must be paid for in full unless we can fill the slot with someone else.
