On joining the dance school, the personal information you complete will be held on our Class Manager database.

Reason for holding data; for emergency contact details of those with parental responsibility and to share information with IDTA examining board when taking exams for entry requirements or for other external organisers/local authorities for performance licensing purposes. Information would be passed to local social services or the police where requested in any safeguarding cases.

On leaving the dance school your account will be made inactive but information held in case you wish to return. Please let us know if you’d rather we deleted your account.
