On joining the dance school, the personal information you complete on the registration form is held on our database and our payment system, ClassManager.

Reason for holding data; for emergency contact details of those with parental responsibility and to share information with IDTA examining board when taking exams for entry requirements or for other external organisers/local authorities for performance licensing purposes. Information would be passed to local social services or the police where requested in any safeguarding cases.
