By enrolling with Electrix Dance Studio, you have agreed to give Electrix Dance Studio consent to use images and video of you/your child, via your online enrolment.

 

I hereby give, my consent to images, video and my/my childs name being used for promotional material, on social media and for all other forms of advertising strictly used by Electrix Dance Studio only.

I understand that Electrix Dance Studio will use any forms of images or video of my child in an appropriate manner and will not distribute any images or video to any third party.

I agree to my/my childs images, videos and name being posted on social media forums such as Facebook and Instagram. I understand that these will be on the internet and that Electrix Dance Studio will do its best to protect its students from any forms of negativity.

I am aware that I will receive no form of payment or discount to term fees for any images that may be taken and used.
