Conditions of Registration and Fees 2022

• All care according to the “Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers” will be taken by the studio however the studio accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property however caused and without limiting the generality of the foregoing damage or injury resulting from or caused by any negligence of the principal, instructors or other employees of the said ELITE DANCE ACADEMY.

• All children are the responsibility of the the dance school for duration of the class ONLY. Before and after class is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.

• All children are to be collected from the studio, under NO circumstances are the children permitted to wait in the carpark or on the street.

• All students are required to wear the correct Uniform & footwear as set out in the 2022 Handbook.

• Elite Dance Academy is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all students. The academy will not tolerate the following forms of unacceptable behaviour: verbal or physical abuse: Intimidation by
  a student to another student, or intimidation by a parent/caregiver to any student, teachers or any staff of Elite Dance Academy, harassment, or threats to anyone attending Elite Dance Academy – this will result in the student and their family being permanently banned from the studio and any studio events.

• Photos and videos can be taken of students in class, at competitions and performances, these images can be used on our website, Facebook, Instagram – please advise if your child is not to be included in photos or videos. PLEASE CIRCLE YES / NO

• All students are required to pay the enrolment fee to commence classes at ELITE DANCE ACADEMY.

• Fees are payable whether the class is attended or not – makeup classes are offered where possible. Discounts do not apply to Solo lessons, Costumes, Exam Fees, or Enrolment Fee.

• Fees are invoiced at the beginning of each term.

• Fees are due by week 3 of each term – or weekly via direct debit.

• Fees unpaid by the end of the term will incur a $20 per week administration fee until fees are fully paid Plus, any discounts offered will be removed. We reserve the right so send accounts to a debt collection office if overdue by more than 60 days.

• No refunds are given. No refunds on missed classes. If such event as a pandemic or natural disaster occurs classes will be moved to an online platform, timetables may change however normal fees will apply. Should a student decide to discontinue classes 2 week notice and fees apply.

• The parent/caregiver signing below agrees to pay all fees including but not limited to class fees, registration fee, costume fees, exam and competition entry fees.

• The parent/caregiver signing below acknowledges photos and video may be taken of the students and give authority for these images to be used for advertising and in social media.

• In event of a Pandemic or Natural disaster, classes will be moved to an online platform. Fees will still apply.

• If student and/or their family must isolate classes are not refunded however makeup lessons are offered once student is able to return to the dance studio.
