• Parents/Students must NOT video or take photos of Expanse School of Dance classes, unless permission is given from the other parents/guardians of students in the class.
• Video footage relating to Expanse School of Dance (i.e classwork/Showcase/Eisteddfods) must NOT be posted online.
• Expanse School of Dance may use videos or photographs of students to promote the business through it's website, social media pages, flyers and any other business advertising. Permission will be received from the students parent/guardians
• Information is stored securely in paper and electronic form and is accessible only by authorised personnel.
• When you purchase or hire a product/service with Expanse School of Dance the information we may collect include you name, address, telephone numbers, email address and medical information. It may also include details of the products and services we provide to you as well as the status of your enrolment. We only collect information directly from our students or their parents/guardians primarily for the purpose of providing products and services to you and to administer and manage invoicing and debt collection.
• We will never sell or pass on any of your information to third parties unless required by government authorities or in the event of debt recovery. Any information passed on will be done so with appropriate privacy and confidentiality protection.
