Photographs and videos of our students

When enrolling in classes at F.A. all customers are given the option to opt in or opt out of our staff/photographers taking and using photos on social media and marketing materials.

We take this very seriously and will simply not allow anyone to be photographed if the legal parent/guardian has opted out.

This option can be found on our sign up forms when you first come to our club. It is highlighted in bold and needs to be filled in by all of our members.

Show videos

When we are preparing for a showcase we ask all parents to fill out a form, part of this form is the permission for their child to be filmed/photographed during performances. If permission is not granted the child/rens faces will be blurred/pixelated so that they cannot be identified.

Our showcase films and photographs are only accessible to F.A. members and their families. We will never share these documents elsewhere.

Any concerns with our GDPR policy please contact the school’s principal Caitlin through email [email protected]
