Terms and Conditions

• I will pay all fees upon invoicing or will enter into a formal payment plan via Class Manager.
• I understand that fees are charged on a per-term basis and include classes, theatre rehearsals, costumes for performances, scripts, lyrics and access to music. 
• I understand that fees are not refundable and that late payment charges apply after 10 days.
• Credits are not offered for missed classes. Make up classes may be offered when available.
• I indemnify Fame Talent Agency and its staff against all claims and demands relating to my child attending and travelling to and from classes and performances.
• I understand that photos and footage may be used by Fame Talent Agency in appropriate advertising materials for Fame Talent Agency in print, on our website and social media pages. Variation on this condition must be requested by email.
• If my child has an action plan, or an access plan, I will provide a copy promptly via email to [email protected]
