Terms and Conditions

By booking a free trial class with Farnborough Academy of Ballet, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Attendance

   • Trial classes are available for children and adults.

   • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

   • Arrive on time and wear suitable clothing and footwear for the style of class.

2. Health & Safety

   • Participants must be fit to take part.

   • Parents/guardians should inform the studio of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies for their child. Adults should also notify the studio of any conditions that may affect participation.

3. Behaviour

   • Participants are expected to behave safely and respectfully.

   • The studio may refuse participation for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

4. Photography

   • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Notify the studio if you do not consent.

5. Enrolment After Trial

   • Attendance does not guarantee enrolment.

   • If you choose to enrol, an invoice will be issued to secure a place.

6. Liability

   • The studio and staff accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.

7. Cancellation / No-Show

   • Please inform the studio if you cannot attend. No refund applies, as the trial is free.
