3. Fees and Payments

3.1. Tuition fees for classes are outlined on our website or provided upon inquiry.

3.2. Payment for classes must be made in full prior to the start of each term unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. Fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Community Interest Dance School.

4. Conduct and Behavior

4.1. All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during classes and while on the premises of the Community Interest Dance School.

4.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the FBM Dance Academy will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from classes without refund.

4.3. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children while on the premises of the Community Interest Dance School. All parents must sign paper copy of schools parents code of conduct and students code of conduct.

5. Liability

5.1. The Community Interest Dance School and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises or during classes, except in cases of proven negligence.

5.2. Students and their parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in dance classes. It is recommended to consult a physician before enrolling in classes, if the student has any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1. The Community Interest Dance School reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
