All information given to FTA on the paper registration form is kept securely locked away in a safe environment with only the principle having access and inline with the Data Protection Act. All information given will be kept on file and then securely disposed of if your dancer is no longer a student at FTA. FTA use class manager a online system which follows and covers all data protection to store any information given by the pupil/parent/guardian or paper documents that are securely locked away and disposed of securely when no longer required by the principle and cannot be accessible by outsiders in the event government intervention is required.
