Hello and welcome to Flipping Out Gymnastics
· Club Fees
The fees for the club are a monthly payment through our online system, this system allows you to book onto the correct class you want as well as updates you on when payments need to be made or any changes to classes due to half-terms or holidays.
The price for a full month which is 4 classes is £27.50. We are hoping we can continue classes right throughout half terms if we are unable to carry on through half terms you will be informed before the half term and will pay a lesser fee for the month so e.g., 3 weeks of coaching will be £20 etc.
There is also a sibling discount which is a smaller fee for your second, third or however many little ones you wish to sign up, the fee is a reduced price of £25 per month, per added on child. This will automatically be deducted when signing up your children through our system.
Terms & Conditions
1. Gymnasts can only participate in a session if British Gymnastics membership/insurance has been paid in full. If you have not paid your membership, your gymnast will not be able to participate in the session. The British Gymnastics membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September each year
2. Gymnasts and parents/guardians agree to abide by all club policies, statements, code of conducts and payment terms.
3. Jewellery – please refer to the codes of conduct where you can find the jewellery policy.
4. Gymnasts under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to and from sessions. Your children are your responsibility until they are registered in the gym.
5. Your children are your responsibility until they are registered in the gym hall.
6. You understand that gymnastics involves risks and that although mats and extensive safety equipment are provided, this may not prevent injury.
7. Under no circumstances should any gymnastics (or any physical activity or sport) be undertaken in the changing rooms, bathrooms or in any other part of the premises.
8. We give opportunities for talented children to develop.
9. Our aim is to progress our gymnasts to work towards appropriate level Competitions.
10. Flipping Out Gymnastics will amend a gymnasts’ training schedules to suit ability, commitment, development and/or progress. This could mean an increase or decrease of hours. This is at the discretion of the Senior Coaching team.
FEES
1. Fees are due in advance, via bank transfer or cash and must be paid on time before partaking in any Performers Gymnastics session.
2. If any fees are overdue by more than 14 days this may result in membership suspension and the gymnast will be unable to partake in gymnastics sessions or other club activities.
3. Flipping Out Gymnastics requires British Gymnastics Membership (compulsory). ‘Bronze’ Level Membership is suitable for most gymnasts.
4. You are agreeing to a fixed class/es each week for your child for a 4 week block. Classes may not be changed during this time and refunds will not be issued if the block is not completed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your child arrives on time and in suitable clothing.
5. There are no refunds for sessions missed by a gymnast, including replacement sessions arranged by the club but not attended.
6. In cases of extreme weather it may be necessary for us to cancel classes if it is not deemed safe to open the gym. Although, we will make every effort to offer replacement classes we are unable to guarantee this.
7. 4 week’s notice is required to cancel your child’s class.
8. If a session is cancelled alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
9. The sessions, session timetable and session content may be changed at any time by Flipping Out Gymnastics.
10. We do not allow freezes to memberships if you can't attend for a month and there is no payment your place will be given to someone else.

Thank you to all the parents who have been in touch to say that they were unable to register their child as requested. I have been in touch with. British Gymnastics who have confirmed our club is not yet set up and they are working on this for us. This should be sorted in a couple of months they have now updated me. So, this isn’t an issue we will let all parents know when its back up and running for our club to make the transition.

· Club rules
§ Please ensure children are wearing sports clothing
§ No shoes or socks to be worn during classes
§ Long hair must be tied up
§ No jewellery
§ Children should make sure they have been to the toilet before class start time
§ Parents can leave the premises for the duration of their child’s class but please ensure you are ready to collect 5 mins before classes end.
§ Parents can wait if they wish but they will NOT be allowed in the sports hall due to safeguarding.
