Fuchsia School Of Dance Terms and Condition Any Participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. At Fuchsia School of Dance (FSD) we aim to provide a safe environment. At FSD we treat everyone fairly and equally. FSD has a Child Protection Policy, which will be adhered to. This policy can be provided on request or found on the website. All our staff has an enhanced DBS check, which can also be seen on request. Should you wish to take photos or videos of your child in class you must get the permission of all other parents of children involved. Photographs or small videos taken at class must be for personal use only unless you get the written consent from FSD and the parents involved. Full-length videos are not permitted under any circumstances. Videos and photos taken by our social media company ‘Have You Media’ will be used solely for Fuchsia School of Dance promotions/advertisements. Should you not be happy with this please make a member of the FSD team aware. FSD forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc.). This is not an exhaustive list. FSD cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions at the studio. If the pupil suffers from a medical condition that you feel we need to know about please tell us and this will be noted and treated with confidentiality. No place is fully guaranteed unless a deposit or full payment of the term fees is made. FSD is under no obligation to refund your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. If you miss a class no refund can be given but if possible we will offer you an alternative class upon request. If a class is cancelled by FSD a suitable alternative will be provided and if this is not possible then a refund will be given. If you need to change classes we will do our best to accommodate you, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Except in exceptional circumstances (which FSD will determine at its sole discretion) we regret that, once the course has started, we cannot issue any refunds or credits. FSD is unable to offer a refund in the event of adverse conditions such as bad weather, which prevents you from attending your normal class if it is running. All payment of classes needs to be in advance and a full term to be paid. Payment details can be found on the website, alternatively speak to a member of the FSD team. FSD also asks that you do not attend another dance school for classes whilst attending FSD unless arranged with Wendy Arshamian Director of FSD. In doing so we can refuse you a place in the class and we are not obligated to provide a refund of any paid classes. Should you wish to leave FSD a 4 week notice period should be provided. We are not obligated to provide a refund of any paid classes should you wish to leave prior to term ending. We have public liability insurance (ask us if you’d like details.) Personal information provided by you will be used for FSD purposes only and will not be given out to a 3rd party. http://www.fuchsiaschoolofdance.co.uk/ is a web site wholly owned and managed by Fuchsia School of Dance. From the FSD website you can gain information, while every effort is made to ensure accuracy, FSD does not accept liability for any errors or omissions. In many cases, a complaint is best resolved and dealt with by the person or persons directly involved. If the complaint has been received by that person, they may be able to resolve it swiftly and will do so if possible and appropriate.
