Personal data you provide us with includes; name, address, contact details for your child, health, medical and additional support details. 

These details are used to contact parents and communicate all class details including new term dates, invoicing, contact in case of emergency and additional support or medical support needed.

We do not pass on your or your child's details to any third party unless sitting exams in which case your consent will be sought. 

There are no hardcopies of your data and the only access is given to GDA staff members via online access with a password.

If leaving GDA all your data is deleted.
