Terms and Conditions

I hear by give permission for my child to attend Glasgow Dance Academy. I confirm that my child has no medical condition that would interfere with their participation. 

I release Hazel Grant and the staff and Glasgow Dance Academy from any liability for any injury that may occur. 

Glasgow Dance Academy may, on occasion, take photographs and/or videos of it's students to use (solely) on their website and/or social media pages. Your child's participation grants permission for Glasgow Dance Academy to use these photos/videos for marketing purposes.
