PAYMENT Terms
- Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2023, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until GY DANCE is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
- To withdraw from a class, one weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to GY DANCE at [email protected]. Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week.
- All classes are invoiced and payable by WEEK 8 of each term. We suggest you pay weekly or in amounts during the term to lessen the amount payable by the due date. There are NO CASUAL classes. Fees are based on Term fees and payable even if a class is missed.
- If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the class manager Portal, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer.
- I understand that any payments made via CLASS MANAGER as the payment method incur an extra fee per transaction charged by the payment provider. Fees paid via Bank Account, in person at the studio or over the phone do not incur any transaction fees.
- A non-refundable enrolment fee of $40 per student or $60 per family is payable upon registration.
- Students will not be able to participate in classes for a new term if there are outstanding invoices from the previous term.
- Students will not be able to participate in any GY DANCEevents (including performances and concerts) if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
- GY DANCE reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
- Accounts are emailed to the customer's nominated email address at the start of each term. If an invoice isn't received or needs to be amended, it is the client's responsibility to notify us. All customers have access to a customer portal via 'Class Manager' where you are able to enrol your child in classes, as well as view invoices and pay them. The login link for the portal is shown below. We suggest you bookmark this page for easy access.
