Terms and Conditions

I give permission for my child to join a Halo Cheer Athletics Cheer Team.

I encourage my child to be a leader that Halo Cheer Athletics will be proud to have as a representative. I also agree to adhere to the rules and policies of Halo Cheer Athletics as may be set from time to time. 

REGISTRATION FEE:  All athletes pay an annual registration fee of $55.00 plus GST. This covers administration costs, athlete set up costs, class registration costs, systems cost for the year, printing, messaging / communication costs and parent portal costs.

ONGOING FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:  I agree to pay all tuition fees, comp entry fees, choreography, music and uniform costs for the duration of this contract Feb-Dec 2025. Any unpaid fees may result in your athlete being removed from the team and additional collection costs being added. Uniform cost will vary depending on what team your athlete signs up for. This will be known as soon as team placements are confirmed and uniforms are finalised for the 2025 season. 

Please note that there will be additional costs for travel and accommodation when teams travel to compete at our national competitions throughout the year. Semi-competitive teams attend two competitions per year, Elite Teams attend four competitions per year.

COMMITMENT OBLIGATIONS: I understand that team members must come to all practices and competitions and I understand that failure to attend may mean a change in the student's position on the team or removal from the routine completely. I understand that all athletes placed on competitive teams commit to the the program for that current years competitive season, Feb-Dec of each year. We cannot express enough to parents of athletes on Elite Competitive Teams, that this is a YEAR LONG COMMITTMENT, so please consider all financial and time commitments before       completing this registration contract. Semi-competitive requires a SIX MONTH COMMITMENT, so again, please consider all financial and time commitments before completing this registration contract. 

TERM FEES: Fees are due for payment on or before the 1st class of each term, in full, unless you are on a payment plan.

Any unforeseen circumstances that result in your athlete having to leave the team part way through the year, requires a four week pay-out. I.E. you give four weeks notice and/or your term fees need to be paid for four weeks to compensate for the cost of re-choreographing the team routine.
