By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are entering a contract with HD Dance Company.
HD Dance company cannot take any responsibility for injury caused on site.
Our sessions are held in a public centre, therefore we are not responsible for
anything that takes place outside of our dance studio.
You as a parent/guardian give consent for your child to participate in classes
with HD Dance Company
• Instructions from our team must be followed precisely- listen carefully and
only perform exercises/choreography set by us
Dance is a physical activity. Appropriate physical contact between teachers
and students is essential in effective training. For example, to show and
explain an idea/correction to students and to physically adjust a part of a
student’s body
Language and behaviour must be appropriate and professional at all times
• Videoing/photography is not permitted during classes unless stated otherwise
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for classes. Uniform is required.
No jewellery is to be worn in class
Hair is to be tied up and off the face for dance lessons
Please ensure your child brings water, and enough of it, to class in order to
stay hydrated
Fees will be set up into 3 terms over the academic year. Any fees NOT paid by the first week of class will incur a late fee.
A notice period of 3 months is required before leaving. The 3 months will start from the date of notice given. Fees will still apply within this period.
Instalment options are available on request with a 1.5% administration fee.
Fees cannot be transferred over if you miss a lesson
Fees must be paid via class Class Manager and is nonrefundable.
If a lesson is to be cancelled, we will only give a refund if that lesson cannot
be rescheduled
Lessons are subject to change throughout the year whether that be time or
location- we will give as much notice as possible
Price of fees are reviewed quarterly and are subject to change.
Any personal details given are securely held and will not be shared.
Our terms and conditions are reviewed quarterly. We will notify you of any changes.
You as a parent/guardian are responsible for highlighting any medical
conditions and disabilities your child has that may affect how they participate
in class
Please ensure your child uses the toilet prior to class- younger students in
year 4 and below will need a parent/carer to stay onsite at all times.
Parents/guardians are not permitted to watch/ be present during a class as
this may affect the effectiveness of the training given
