Terms & Conditions

• Monthly class fees are payable in advance by Direct Debit only.

• Direct Debits are collected on the 1st day of each calendar month.

• Cash payments for weekly class fees will no longer be accepted.

• Fees are calculated on a pro rata basis over 39 teaching weeks and spread equally across 12 monthly payments.

• One full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel classes. To cancel at the end of a particular month, written notice must be received by the studio no later than the first day of that month.

• Fees remain payable throughout the notice period.

• Missed classes due to illness, holidays or personal circumstances are non-refundable.

• Parents must keep contact, emergency and medical information up to date.

• Photography and video may be used for studio promotion unless written consent has been withdrawn.

• Children must be collected promptly after class. • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and fellow pupils.

• Correct uniform, footwear and hair requirements must be followed.

• If the studio is unable to open due to circumstances beyond our control, replacement classes, credits or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Late Payments

 • If a Direct Debit fails or your account falls into arrears, please contact the studio and arrange payment as soon as possible.

• Students with overdue accounts may be suspended until the account has been brought up to date.

• Students with outstanding balances may not be permitted to participate in examinations, competitions, performances or special events.

• If you experience financial difficulties, please contact the studio as soon as possible to discuss a payment arrangement.

• Please note that a £10 late payment fee will apply to any failed or late payments.
