Holly Georgia Dance Academy: Terms and Conditions
- Billing: Fees are charged per class for the whole term.
- Invoicing: Fee invoices will be due two weeks before the start of term. Invoices are delivered electronically via email.
Payment Options:
- Pay in full – you may choose to pay the full invoice either via card or in cash.
- Autopay – Auto pay will automatically split your invoice across the 4 months of the term.
- New Enrolments: For new enrolments, fees are due upon enrolment and you may choose to either pay in full or auto pay for the remainder of the term.
- Late charge: Late payments (7 days late) will incur a 10% late fee. Failure to pay on time may result in a student losing their place in the class.
- Multi-Class Discount: All students receive 5% off their second class and 10% off any further classes. This discount is specific to each student.
- Enrolment Commitment: Enrolment is for the entire term. To withdraw, please provide two weeks' notice before the start of term or you may incur charges.
- Refunds: Classes are non-refundable. Exceptions may include severe prolonged illness or injury with a medical certificate but is at the discretion of the principal.
- Class Cancellations: Class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled to a different day/time/location. If not, fees will be transferred to the next term. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations beyond our control. We reserve the right to change the class schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Data Security: All data is kept securely on the ClassManager system.
- Data Sharing: Data may be shared with relevant organizations for specific purposes, including bbodance and ExamTrack for examination purposes.

- Photography: Consent is needed for students to be involved in any photography and videography. Please indicate your preferences on the enrolment form or on the ClassManager system.
- Attendance Tracking: A register is kept for each class to track attendance for safety and security purposes. This is completed using the ClassManager system.
- Lateness: Students must arrive on time to avoid missing the warm-up. Late arrivals may not be allowed into class. Excessive lateness or absence may result in students losing their place in the class if there is a waitlist.
- Behaviour: Students and parents must adhere to the school's code of conduct and any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the principal, including violence, bullying or otherwise may result in students being asked to leave the class.
- Uniform and Presentation: Students must wear appropriate dance attire as specified in the uniform and presentation policy. Students wearing inappropriate attire may not be able to participate in certain activities if it is deemed to be unsafe.
- Staff Qualifications: All staff are DBS checked and first aid trained.
- Physical Contact: Any physical contact between teachers and students is appropriate and mindful of safety. Appropriate physical contact may be used to help guide students with correct placement, but will not involve force or go against the wishes of a student or parent.
- Injury or Illness: Parents are expected to inform the class teacher of any injuries or illnesses that may affect students’ ability to participate in physical activity.
- Liability: Participation in physical activities can carry a risk of injury. Teachers at Holly Georgia Dance Academy are qualified teachers, are first aid trained and will do their utmost to prevent injury during participation. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the parent/guardian agrees that Holly Georgia Dance Academy are not liable for injuries or losses incurred during participation.
