Gymnastics Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hygge Gymnastics. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our gymnastics classes and events. By enrolling in our club, you agree to abide by these terms. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Membership Registration
a. All participants must complete a registration form and submit any required medical information prior to attending classes.
b. Membership is valid for the whole time an athlete is at Hygge and doesnt require renewal 
c. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where classes are canceled by the club.

Payment and Fees
a. Payment for classes must be made according to the payment schedule outlined during registration (monthly, termly, or annually).
b. Fees must be paid in advance of participation. Late payments may result in suspension from classes.
c. Discounts or promotions offered may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Conduct and Behavior
a. All members are expected to demonstrate respect and good sportsmanship towards fellow gymnasts, coaches, and staff.
b. Any member who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the club and their membership canceled.
c. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child behaves appropriately within the club’s premises.

Health and Safety
a. Gymnasts must inform the club of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation in activities.
b. The club reserves the right to refuse participation if a gymnast’s health or safety is in question.
c. All gymnasts must adhere to the safety guidelines set by the club, including proper use of equipment, attire, and following coach instructions.
d. The club provides insurance coverage for its activities, which must be paid before they can participate in any classes.

Cancellation and Refunds
a. Members who wish to cancel their membership must provide notice in writing according to the terms set during registration.
b. A full refund may be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of registration. After this period, no refunds will be given unless the club is unable to provide classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
c. The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary. Members will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered if applicable.

Photography and Media
a. The club may take photographs or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes.
b. By enrolling, members give their consent for their image to be used in promotional materials unless they opt-out by notifying the club in writing.

Changes to Terms

The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in club activities will constitute acceptance of any changes.
