Terms and Conditions

We cannot offer any refunds or transfers for any Pay as you go classes. Memberships can be cancelled after giving 4 weeks prior notice. 

Late or Non-Payment Fee

All payments must be made by the agreed payment deadline. Where a payment is received after the specified due date, or where payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of 5% of the total amount due will be applied.

The 5% fee will be added to the outstanding balance and must be paid in full alongside the original amount due.

Continued non-payment may result in further action being taken to recover the outstanding balance, and any associated costs may also be chargeable where applicable.

By making a booking or agreeing to the relevant terms, you acknowledge and accept the above payment terms.
