Fee/Payment Policy

Fees are charged at full price & must be paid by the due date. A $15.00 late fee will be applied to any payments not received by the due date.

If we do not receive your payment by the due date, your child will not be able to participate in their class.

Payments can be made in cash, EFT transfer or eftpos*.

*All eftpos transactions will incur a 1.9% surcharge

Extra charges may apply to payment plans.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid if absent including overseas trips.

GST is included in all prices provided unless otherwise stated.

Uniform/Presentation Policy

The Dance 100 uniform is compulsory for all students. Our uniform has been specially selected & is aimed at enhancing dance technique, creating visual uniformity & demonstrating professionalism. This includes having your hair tied up & off your face & wearing the correct & appropriate dance shoes for your dance class.

Behaviour Policy

Dance 100 has a zero tolerance to bullying. We are committed to providing an environment free from all forms of discrimination & harassment. We do not tolerate any form of verbal, physical or visual harassment & other behaviour where the purpose of effect, even if unintended, is to create an offensive, hostile or intimidating environment. Students not complying with this policy will be dismissed from the studio.

Our commitment is to create an environment that encourages self-expression & mirrors the values of Dance 100 including respect for rights, dignity & property of others. We ask all students & parents to do their part to help us achieve our goal. In doing that, we ask you not to post content that:

- Is threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent or objectionable

- Is deceptive, false or misleading

- Violates the intellectual property rights of other people

- Is illegal

- References a third-party website of is self promoting spam

- Is inappropriate, offensive or hateful

We reserve the right to remove any content or block uses that violate our community guidelines, or that we determine are otherwise offensive to our community. All content must also comply with all social media policies as well.

Dance 100 will not tolerate any negative, aggressive or damaging comments aimed at devaluing the hard work of our staff.

Under no circumstances are parents or caregivers to question or comment on trophy/medal recipients/winners at any given time.

Your child's lessons are valuable, we ask that all concerns & questions be put into an email and we will attend to your query within 48 hours - [email protected]

Business hours for phone calls are from Monday - Friday between 9:30am - 2:30am. Due to teaching hours beginning from 3:00pm, we cannot return calls or emails until we reopen the following week day at 9:30am. Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] & we will endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours.

General Policies

- Mobile phones must be on silent while in class to avoid any distractions.

- Parents/caregivers are to wait outside while classes are in progress. Students learn next in a quiet and distraction-free environment.

- You must wait outside until your class begins or the door is opened by one of our teachers. Do not knock on the door unless it is an emergency.

- Noise outside of the hall must be kept to a minimum while a class is in progress inside.

- Smoking on school grounds is prohibited. There is to be no smoking on the premises including but not limited to the carpark, school buildings, gardens or sports fields. Anyone found smoking on the premises will be asked to put it out or exit the school grounds.

- No responsibility will be taken for personal property. All belongings must be clearly labelled with the students full name.

- By enrolling at Dance 100 you accept that any photographs or video recordings taken at any given time may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to newspaper articles, website, social media and flyers. If you do not want your photos/video released please advise us.

- Our timetable may be subject to change at any given time.

- Parents are required to sign a certification that the applicant is in good health & may participate in activities at Dance 100.

- Our students are not permitted to be enrolled in another dance studio whilst enrolled at Dance 100.

- As a duty of care of Dance 100, no student who is under the age of 14 will be allowed to exit the studio after their class has finished if their parents/caregivers are not located. Children must be picked up from the main door once their class has ended.

- Miss Eugenia must be advised of any absences for weekly classes, including private lessons.

- By entering and enrolling into Dance 100, you accept that there may be risks inherent in attending or participating in dance classes held at the studio. Therefore Dance 100 is released from any responsibility or legal liability arising from your attendance or participation in any event or activity or the actions of negligence of other persons present.

- Dance 100 reserves the right to change any policies without notice.
