Payment Policy

Full payment is required in advance, according to your selected payment plan (e.g., weekly, monthly, or term-based).

Payments are accepted via Direct Deposit or Credit Card. Please note that a 1% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Direct Deposit payments are not subject to any processing fees. Cash payments are not accepted.

Term fees are non-refundable once paid. To change or withdraw your dancer’s enrollment, 28 days notice is required.

Late Fees

Accounts that are 28 days overdue from the payment due date, without any payments made, will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with managing overdue accounts.

If no payment is made by the end of the term, an official letter of demand will be issued. If the payment remains outstanding, debt collectors will be contacted, and the dancer's enrollment will be terminated.

Missed Classes and Absences

Invoice adjustments for long-term absences (lasting three weeks or more) can only be made if notification is provided at least one month before the term begins

Missed classes can be made up by scheduling a make-up lesson. Make-up lessons must be scheduled via email, are subject to availability, and must be completed within the same term. They cannot be transferred to other terms.

Medical Policy

By allowing my child to participate in IGNITE DANCE WA activities, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in IGNITE DANCE WA activities, including but not limited to the risk of injury during classes and performances I understand the importance of following the instructions and safety rules set by the instructors, and I agree to release IGNITE DANCE WA, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from my child’s participation in classes and studio activities.

In the event of an accident, consent is given for first aid to be administered by a trained staff member. All students are covered by DANCESURANCE.

I agree to inform the school of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may impact my child’s ability to participate safely in class or studio activities.
