Payment Policy

Full payment is required in advance according to your payment schedule.

Once paid, term fees are non refundable. 28 days notice is required to change or withdrawal your dancers enrolment details.

Amendments to invoices for personal reasons (such as holidays) can only be amended for a minimum 3 week period. Notification must be given one month before the term starts.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the inability to amend the invoice. Please be aware that such non-compliance could impact overall attendance, potentially affecting participation in scheduled concerts.

Medical Policy

In allowing my child to participate in IGNITE activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their teacher/s, and I agree to release IGNITE and it's employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child's participation in activities at IGNITE. In the unlikely event of an accident consent is given to administer first aid from a trained staff member. All students are covered by DANCESURANCE.
