Invoices will be emailed out on the 17th of each month with payment due by the first of each month. If joining part way through a month then invoices will adjust accordingly after your free trial class with payment due within 7 days. Invoices will get calculated on the number of lessons within each month.
Extra workshops costs will be invoiced accordingly with at least 4-6 weeks' notice payment given where possible, depending on when your enquiry is made.
Extra classes for Exams, Awards including the exam costs will also be invoiced separately with a 4-6 week notice payment.
Payments will be taken online for the classes either via bacs or card. If wishing to pay another way, please do contact Kathryn or Lucy to discuss.
If wishing to leave the classes, then a month's written notice is required and the fee adjusted accordingly.
IDC reserves the rights to increase fees where appropriate with enough notice given to customers in advance.
Absent classes will still be paid for and not refunded. If there is another class, we recommend for you to attend as a catch-up class then we will. In the event IDC has to cancel a class then Kathryn & Lucy will look to reschedule an extra class, or a refund will be given.
It is sometimes necessary to correct positions physically due to the nature of dance teaching. This is conducted with professionalism.
Please notify Kathryn or Lucy of any medical issues or learning difficulties that may affect your child's learning. This way strategies can be put into place.
Uniform and footwear can be purchased through Bluewear where regular trips will be made to the dance school by Richard with parents being informed. Any items out of his visits please do contact Kathryn & Lucy where an alternative can be organised our end.
Photos & Videos will be taken from time to time during class time or when participating in a show to promote IDC and its classes. If you wish for your child or as a student to not be part, then please do let Kathryn or Lucy know.
