Payments

Payment is invoiced on a Monthly basis in line with school holidays (if your child cannot attend a class, you will not receive a refund)Families with 2 or more students will receive a 10% discount off the second child and thereafter.No refunds will be given under any circumstances unless classes are cancelled.Any goods (e.g uniform) must be paid for prior to ordering.

Changes to classes

No classes will run during public holidaysClass times are subject to change at the discretion of management.

Force Majeure

Inspirations Dance are unable to provide refunds for any cancelled or missed classes due to a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure refers to any event beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation, acts of God, interruption of power or other utility, acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, explosion, flood, accident, earthquake or other catastrophe, fire, notifiable disease, war or riot.Inspirations Dance shall not be liable to customers should they fail to perform their obligations of this contract as a result of a Force Majeure Event. Inspirations Dance will provide written notice to all customers and all closures will be effective immediately.

Duty of care, safety & conduct

Please be aware that due to the nature of dance, and for your child’s growth, development and safety it will be necessary at times to engage in physical contact with your child. This will always be done in an appropriate manner, all staff are trained to do so in a way not to cause injury and hold a current DBS certificate.Inspirations Dance provides for the safety and care of all students whilst on the premises.Inspirations Dance does not accept responsibility for student’s safety outside the premises.Inspirations Dance are not responsible for injury during classes, however, attempts to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, however accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. All students and guardians accept this risk.Inspirations Dance reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing / calling us at info@inspirations-dance.co.uk / 07306656730

Responsibility

Inspirations Dance do not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after classes.The student and their guardian are soley responsible for their personal belongings and property whilst left on the premises.

Photographs and videos

We will take photos and videos of students in class for marketing purposes and teaching aids. By enrolling in Inspirations Dance, you acknowledge your consent for photos and videos to be taken and used for this purpose.Inspirations Dance may also take photos and videos to be used on social media, website and print. We will only use photos of your child provided we have your prior consent when enrolling.You may withdraw your consent at any time by written notice to the principal.We reserve the right to request no photos and videos to be taken by parents in class.

Breach of terms and conditions

Students will be asked to leave without notice for any serious breach of the school’s terms and conditions or for any other serious misconduct.
