Terms and Conditions


1.All members of staff associated with the school are fully DBS checked. 

2. We endeavour to establish a safe environment in which children can learn and develop their skills accordingly. We will only ever contact you in the event of an emergency or with important information relating to classes.

3. All records of pupils and parent’s personal details are kept confidential, as per our GDPR policy.

4. Occasionally, photos and/or videos of pupils may be taken and used for publicity purposes. If for any reason you do not want your child to feature in photos or video, it is the responsibility of the parent to inform the Principal.

Please note that the toilets and reception areas are not always supervised and parents must take responsibility of their child/children until they are in class, under the supervision of the teaching staff. 

Please note that on occasions, it may be necessary for teachers to correct dance movements by physically moving the pupil into the correct alignment, to assist with effective training. 


We operate a months notice policy, whereby notice must be given in writing. Therefore, the months fees proceeding the month that you give notice will still be due. Ie. If you give your notice during the month of January, then full fees are still payable for the month of February. 

Fees are payable monthly and are invoiced on a monthly basis. Fees are required to be paid in advance to classes taking place. If fees aren't received in advance, your child's space will be revoked. 

If a class is cancelled and the class CANNOT be made up, then a refund will always be given. If we are able to make a class up due to cancellation, then a refund will not be given. If a student is sick or unable to attend a class for any reason - a refund will not be given.
