Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms 

1. Fee Structure
   iSing iDance iAct operates on a monthly payment plan for weekly classes. Annual tuition is prorated across 11 equal monthly payments, from September through July. No payment is due in August.
2. Invoices and Payment Timing
   Invoices are issued during the last week of each month. Payments are due by the 1st of the following month.
3. Payment Method
   All payments must be made by bank transfer, including the student’s name and invoice number as the payment reference.
4. Absences
   No refunds or credits will be provided for student absences.
5. Cancelled Classes
   If a class is cancelled due to teacher illness, adverse weather, or other unforeseen events, iSing iDance iAct will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives such as online classes or recordings. No refunds will be given.
6. Force Majeure
   If in-person classes cannot operate due to reasons beyond our control, classes will continue online or via recordings. No refunds will be issued.
7. Contact Details
   Please notify iSing iDance iAct in writing of any changes to your contact details.
8. Fee Changes
   Fees may be subject to change with prior notice.
9. Notice Period
   A minimum of one calendar month’s written notice is required to withdraw from a class or leave the school.

Conduct

1. Students and parents/guardians must treat all staff and other students with respect.
2. iSing iDance iAct reserves the right to remove any student or guardian whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
3. Parents/guardians may not observe classes unless granted permission by the Principal.
4. No photography or video recording is permitted during classes or events without prior permission from the Principal.
5. Students and parents are responsible for their own belongings. iSing iDance iAct is not liable for lost or damaged items.
6. Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent during classes and must not be used.
7. Students may not leave the studio during class without the teacher’s permission.
8. Students should arrive dressed appropriately and ready to start their class.
9. Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and collection and notify the school in writing of any changes.
10. Classes run continuously during term time, with one week off for half-term.

Miscellaneous

1. Class times, timetables, and locations may change with advance notice.
2. A completed registration form is required before attending classes.
3. Participation carries inherent risks; students participate voluntarily.
4. Teachers may use appropriate physical contact; concerns should be directed to the Principal.
5. By registering, you consent to your child being supervised by iSing iDance iAct staff during lessons.
6. Any medical conditions or physical limitations affecting participation must be disclosed.
7. iSing iDance iAct reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by email.
8. Privacy Policy is available upon request.
9. Classes run during term time only.

By attending any iSing iDance iAct class or event and continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
