Should a student leave for medical purposes (a Doctor’s letter will be required in these circumstances) membership may be paused.

The main entrance to the studios will be secured once staff members arrive with a new system meaning you can only open the door from the inside. This ensures that access is limited to only students/families and teachers entering the building and no one can just enter the premises. We will keep the door open while you arrive for your class and then close it as we go through to the studios. Please can we ask that you wait with your child until the door opens a few minutes before their session starts. If you are late please knock on the door or ring our phone so we can let you into the building.
