Please note: We will only use photos and videos of students for promotional purposes where explicit consent has been provided via our consent form.

Data Retention & Security
We retain data only as long as necessary. Once a student leaves the school, their information is securely deleted.
We never share personal data with third parties unless required by law, or in an emergency or safeguarding situation.
We use a trusted third-party system, Class Manager, to help manage enrolment, class schedules, payments, and communication. These systems comply with GDPR and are subject to appropriate safeguards.
All personal data is stored securely and handled only by authorised individuals within the school.
In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities in accordance with data protection laws.
