By enrolling into a Jete Studio Class, you/ your child voluntarily agree to participate at Jete Studio and Jete Studio events

I understand the risks that can arise to a student’s self or property and do not hold Jeté Studio liable for any injuries, damages or loses by enrolling. All students are responsible for their own property.

Accordingly, you agree to hold Jete Studio harmless against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses, claims and demands instituted or made because of sustaining a loss or injury whilst participating in the classes.

Jete student/s are required to always adhere to instructions.

Anyone found to be violating the rules, codes of conduct, or found to be disruptive to either another individual or group may be asked to leave the premises or off-site location at any time and be refused re-entrance without any refund.

I have read the Jete Studio Handbook. I understand the information outlined in this Handbook provided and agree to the terms and conditions outlined.

Jeté Studio has the right to combine or cancel classes that do not meet the minimum required students.

All students will be rolled over into following term, at the same day and time as their current class. If you need to change day or are not returning, the studio must be notified before the start of the next term. Any outstanding fees on the account must be paid in full upon withdrawal. Failure to notify Jeté Studio will result in continued term charges unless we received requested notice.

Jeté Studio does not credit or refund any missed classes including but not limited to; reasons such as change of mind, injuries, sickness, pandemics, national lockdowns, weather related closures.

If Jeté Studio is forced to cancel a class due to unforeseen teacher circumstances we will endeavour to have a makeup class later in the term. If you are unable to attend no refunds/credits are entitled. You will be notified via e- mail /text if a class is cancelled

Jete Term fees are worked out on a yearly basis and then divided by 12 months (a year). A total of 32-48 weeks of classes are held per year. If a term is shorter/ longer than another the term fees remain the same. 

All class fees include GST and incur a 3% processing bank fee when using credit card on Paypal

Fees are due in FULL on the 10th of every month to secure your position in the class/es

In case of emergency I authorise Jete Studio to seek medical assistance when necessary and I agree to cover any medical costs incurred.
