DATA PROTECTION POLICY

• All registration details are securely stored in Class Manager and are accessible only by the teacher.
• If a student leaves the school, their profile is deleted immediately.
• Your data is never shared with third parties.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

• Students attend the toilet independently during class, which is the only time they are unsupervised.
• If you are uncomfortable with this, you may remain in the building to assist your child if needed.
• Please encourage your child to use the toilet before class and practice managing their uniform.
• Parents must promptly collect children at the end of class. If someone else is collecting your child or you will be late, inform the teacher in advance.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

• No jewellery is allowed during class. Students wearing jewellery will be asked to remove it.
• The teacher holds a valid First Aid certificate.
• Small class sizes are maintained to ensure safety and individual attention.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

• Photos and videos taken during classes or events may be used for marketing purposes on JLM Dance's website, social media pages, or promotional materials.
• No names or personal information will be used without additional consent.
• If you do not wish for your child to appear in promotional content, please inform the teacher in writing.
