Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

·      For emergency contact information

·      For registration with examining bodies

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you for billing or in an emergency and to register students with the appropriate exam boards. 

We may share this information with examining bodies Royal Academy of Dance, Imperial society of teachers of dancing & LAMDA.

Your information is securely stored on our database. 

We keep personal information for a year after the student has ceased classes. We will then dispose your information by deleting data securely.
