All payments are processed securely through Class Manager and its payment partners. JRDA does not store your card details.

Consent for photography and video is collected during sign up. Where consent is given, photos and videos may be used for academy promotion on social media, our website or printed materials.

Your information is stored securely within Class Manager. We take steps to keep your information safe and limit access to staff who need it to carry out their role.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as you are enrolled at JRDA. If you leave, we may keep limited records for our accounts and safeguarding responsibilities but will delete any unnecessary information.

7. Parents responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their child’s medical information and contact details accurate and up to date.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
