Terms and Conditions
Health and Safety
Dance is a physically demanding activity, and it's not uncommon for injuries to occur. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our students.
1. Reporting Injuries:
- In the event of an injury, it is essential that students promptly report the incident to their teacher or coach. This not only ensures immediate attention but also raises awareness about any injuries sustained.
2. Injury Records:
- When an injury takes place at our studio, we maintain detailed injury records for the parent's reference.
3. Medical Attention:
- Depending on the injury's severity, we expect parents to seek medical advice from a qualified physiotherapist or an appropriate medical practitioner of their choice. The student's well-being is our top priority.
4. Return to Classes:
- Students who have recovered from an injury must present a clearance report from their medical practitioner, confirming their ability to resume classes safely.
5. Ongoing Injuries:
- In cases where an injury has lasting effects, we require regular updates and reports from the medical practitioner. This helps us understand any restrictions that may apply to the student's participation.
6. Liability:
- Please note that while we prioritize safety and have safety measures in place, JRDS is not liable for personal injuries that may occur during dance activities.
Our commitment is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students, and this policy is designed to ensure that injuries are managed appropriately, with the well-being of our students as the top priority.
Payment and Fee Policy:
You can conveniently make payments via direct debit or in person at our reception through EFT. Please be aware of the following key points:
