Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that invoice payments are due in full by the due date on the invoice unless previous arrangements have been agreed upon with JumpPA. A late fee of $20 will apply to all overdue invoices. If payment is not received, overdue accounts will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. Any fees will be passes on to me.


I acknowledge that failure to pay will result in restriction to classes.


I acknowledge that any dishonour fee will be passed onto me. 


I acknowledge that if I decide to discontinue with classes I must inform JumpPA with 2 weeks notice. 

I acknowledge that no refunds will be given for change of mind.

I acknowledge that I have stated any existing injuries or medical conditions that I / my child suffer from on this form and take sole responsibility for seeking medical clearance before participating in any JumpPA class. 


I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform JumpPA of any injuries or medical conditions I / my child may suffer from during class term. I also acknowledge that JumpPA does not take any responsibility for any injuries sustained during, preceding, or following any JumpPA class or workshop. 


I give permission to JumpPA to seek medical aid (ie Doctor or Ambulance) in the event of a medical emergency. I also understand that JumpPA will attempt to contact parents/guardians in these situations. I acknowledge that I am responsible for costs involved.


I acknowledge that any choreography or JumpPA devised scripts taught in JumpPA classes or workshops, remains the intellectual property of JumpPA and may not be used in any class or performance unless authorised by JumpPA. 


I authorise a JumpPA authorised photographer to take photographs of myself/my child and I authorise the use of my/my child’s photographs by JumpPA and Lisa Suleiman. 


I acknowledge that classes need a minimum of 5 students to run. Classes under 5 students may be cancelled. In the event that a class is cancelled I will be offered a refund or transfer into another classes. This excludes private tuition. 


I acknowledge that in the event that JumpPA must close or classes cancelled due to Covid 19, no refunds will be given. Credit will be applied to online classes or face to face classes once reopened.


I acknowledge that in the event I/my child cannot attend class, I must inform JumpPA at least 24hrs before the class in order to attend a make-up lesson. Missed classes are non-refundable. 


I acknowledge that missed private/duo lessons cannot be refunded or made up. 


JumpPA takes no responsibility for lost mail or bank transfer errors. 


I acknowledge that JumpPA does not permit spectators in classes. 


I acknowledge that I must inform JumpPA by email if I/my child will not participate in the end of year concert. I acknowledge that I am liable for the full costume cost even if I/my child does not continue with classes if no notification has been given. 


I acknowledge that a concert rehearsal fee must be pad in order to participate in the concert.


I acknowledge that I/my child can not attend classes if unwell or waiting for results of a Covid 19 test.


I acknowledge that I must inform JumpPA if I/my child has been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid 19.


I acknowledge that JumpPA staff are only responsible for my child during class time and will ensure they are picked up promptly after class. An additional fee may be charged for late pick up.
