Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that all the Terms & Conditions are read thoroughly.

FEES

Fees are sent out by email.  You then have 2 weeks in which to pay them.  Failure to pay in the allotted time will incur a £5 admin charge.  Fees are non refundable for missed classes.

UNIFORM

All children must be wearing our correct uniform which is available from Reception, with their hair tied back.

LEAVING CLASSES

In the end of term letter, you will be given a date by which you must tell me if your child is  not continuing the following term.  If I am not told, you will be charged half a terms fees.

If you have started during the term and do not tell me that you are stopping classes, you will be charged half a terms fees.

CONSENT TO FIRST AID TREATMENT

When signing your child/yourself up for classes at Just Dance, you are agreeing that we can treat your child/yourself with First Aid or emergency First Aid.  If emergency First Aid needs to be administered, another member of staff will call you immediately.
