Terms and Conditions

By enrolling I agree to pay all fees due by the end of Week 2 of each Term or the invoice due date. I also understand that a late payment fee of $50 will apply from Week 5 of each Term. I understand Term fees are non-refundable.

Whilst all due care is taken, by enrolling at K&V dance.corp you agree to release K&V dance.corp and all employees/contractors of K&V dance.corp from liability for any injuries to you or your child whilst attending our studio.

By enrolling at K&V dance.corp you give permission for your child's photograph or electronically recorded image to be used to promotional and advertising purpose in print, online and in social media. If you DO NOT want your child photographed or videoed please let us know in person at the studio. 

Unfortunately there will be no refunds or deductions for any missed classes due to covid or covid isolation. Where available students may attend a make up class on a different day within the same term.
