Privacy Policy
Upon Registration, I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child/children during any of The Bloc Dance Academy classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities.
I acknowledge and consent to allow The Bloc Dance Academy to use:
photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as tv advertisements or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account). I understand that in some cases, my name / my child’s name may be used however my, or my child’s name will be kept private and not be released in any written form in paid advertisements e.g tv advertisements. I further understand no financial compensation will be for use of these photos/videos.
