Terms and Conditions


FEES

1:For all classes payments are required upfront to confirm a complete terms booking. Your space within the class is only confirmed once the payment has been received.


DISCOUNTS

2: Sibling discounts of 15% are available for a maximum of 3 siblings on one course. Discounts will be applied at time of booking.


REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

3: Fees are non refundable and non transferrable, even if a child is unwell or no longer wishes to attend KidzBake classes. If we have to cancel a class we will offer an alternative or extend the course by an extra week. 


PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMING

4: At KidzBake we do like to take videos and photos of the children from time to time for our social media and marketing campaigns. Please use our media opt in/opt out box at the booking stage.


CHILD SAFETY-DROP OFF/COLLECTION

5: KidBake will only allow collection to a named adult declared on enrolment form. Any changes must be fully communicated prior to the class collection. We are available via telephone/text/whatsapp and email. Full details on www.kidzbake.co.uk


FIRST AID

6: KidzBake will comply with the First Aid Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Your registered First Aider on site will be Emma Lewis.


CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

7: Child safety is everyone's responsibility and all people have a duty to act on any concern. All Kidzbake staff are current holders of enhanced DBS checks available on the update system showing full transparency. KidzBake t-shirts labelled as staff will be worn at all times to ensure everyone feels safe and knows who the responsible adult in charge is. Our staff will complete regular child protection and child safety training to maintain standards. The safeguarding lead at KidzBake is Emma Lewis and all concerns must be directed to Emma Lewis immediately. 


ALLERGIES

8: All staff hold Food Allergy and Food Hygiene training awarded by the Food Standards Agency. We also hold a five star hygiene rating from Crawley Council.

We take allergies extremely serious at KidzBake and enrolment cannot be completed without understanding that we will work with common food allergies in each class such as, Gluten, Milk, Lupin, Wheat, Soya and Eggs. We cannot cater for individuals with any of these allergies. We remain nut free in line with schools policies. DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR

9: KidzBake keep records of all pupils on our databases which are GDPR compliant with the purpose of efficiency  and consistency of administration.  

If a pupil leaves KidzBake all records will be deleted after a period of 12 months.


10: UNIFORM

All children are required to purchase a club apron. T-shirts and additional merchandise are considered optional.
