Kingdom Dance Movement – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in classes, programs, or events with Kingdom Dance Movement (“KDM”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrolment
• Enrolment is confirmed once registration is completed and fees are paid.
• Enrolments are ongoing unless otherwise stated.
• KDM reserves the right to place students in classes based on age, ability, and experience.
2. Fees & Payments
• Fees are charged per term unless otherwise specified.
• All fees are payable by the due date provided.
• Fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced, except at the discretion of KDM.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• KDM reserves the right to review and adjust fees with prior notice.
3. Class Attendance
• Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to progress safely and consistently.
• If a class is missed due to illness or personal reasons, no refund or credit is provided.
• In the event a class is cancelled by KDM, a make-up class or credit may be offered where possible.
4. Withdrawal & Cancellations
• Written notice is required if withdrawing from classes.
• Fees remain payable for the full term once the term has commenced.
• KDM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.
5. Health & Safety
• Students participate at their own risk.
• It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform KDM of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies.
• KDM is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or performances, except where required by law.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and other students.
• KDM reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment due to inappropriate behaviour.
7. Uniform & Dress Code
• Students are required to wear the appropriate uniform and footwear for their class.
• Hair must be neat and secure for safety reasons.
8. Performances & Events
• Participation in concerts, competitions, or events may incur additional costs.
• Performance fees and costume costs are non-refundable once committed.
9. Photography & Videography
• KDM may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional purposes.
• If you do not consent, written notification must be provided to KDM.
10. Changes to Terms
• KDM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued enrolment constitutes acceptance of any updates.
