Parents and students agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of participation in any classes or activities at the studio.

-Karen Liddle Studios takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during activities.

- Karen Liddle Studios has appropriate liability insurance in place for accidents and injuries.

- Karen Liddle Studios cannot accept responsibility for valuables brought onto the premises.

- All lost property will be stored in a box in the changing area for two weeks. After this period, any unclaimed items will be disposed of.

Tuition Fees & Payment Terms

- Tuition fees are invoiced each Thursday for the week ahead.

- Fees paid late will incur an automatic weekly payment reminder.

- If fees remain unpaid by the end of the month, we will contact you and may ask that your child cease attending our sessions until payment is made.

- All fees must be paid through our invoicing system on **Class Manager**. We do not accept cash payments or bank transfers.

- Payment holidays can be booked through our website, but must be submitted at least a week in advance (by Wednesday at 9pm). If the request is not submitted by this deadline, payment will still be expected.

- Parents can contact us via Facebook messages or email.

- We ask that parents stay on top of correspondence to avoid missing out on important information.

- Notifications will also be sent out via the Class Manager portal app, which can be downloaded from your App Store.

- All class changes or cancellations will be posted in our Facebook forum and emailed via Class Manager.

Mailing List

- Upon signing up, you will be automatically added to our mailing list to receive updates on events, notices, or new classes. You have the right to opt-out at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Class Changes & Cancellations

- Students wishing to join a new class must contact us via message or email to ensure there is space available and have it added to your invoice.

- If a student wishes to discontinue a class, we require half a term's notice before the new half term begins. Once the term starts, the student commits to the classes for that half term, and fees for the entire term will be expected.

- We ask that students commit fully to all classes. Karen Liddle Studios has an extremely packed calendar, and repeated absences are disruptive to the class and unfair to other students.

- If a student is unable to attend class due to illness or another legitimate reason, please notify the school as soon as possible via email or message. Students will still be charged unless they take a holiday.

- Refunds are not provided once the term has started, except in exceptional circumstances such as long-term illness or injury.

Leaving the School

- Should your child wish to leave the school, please send a formal notice to [email protected].

- Once we have been notified, students will be expected to pay until the end of the half term.

- Once a student leaves the school, they will have to rejoin the waiting list and will not be eligible for a second two-week free trial.

Student Expectations

- Students must wear the correct uniform to classes at all times. All items are available to purchase on our website.

- Students are expected to work to their full potential during every class and have a positive learning attitude.

- Disruption or bullying in any form will not be tolerated.

- No food or drink, except for water, is allowed in the studio.

-Students wishing to eat between classes should do so in the changing room or snug area but must be responsible for keeping these areas tidy and binning their meals.

Respectful Behavior

- Our staff and teachers have the right to be treated with respect at all times. We reserve the right to ask any student or parent to leave the premises if they are abusive—verbally or physically—towards staff, students, or other parents.

- If students exhibit inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to remove the student from class.

By enrolling your child in classes at Karen Liddle Studios, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
