GDPR POLICY STATEMENT

The data we collect is important to us so we can provide the best possible service with your child’s health and safety in mind. Please do let us know if your child’s medical status changes so we can continue safe practice in the studio. We will only contact you in the event your child needs you during class or to tell you about upcoming events. In accordance with GDPR, this data will only be shared between the school principal, your child’s teacher and if necessary the helper/volunteer in class. Data handlers (volunteers) have been notified on how to safely store this data. Once a child leaves KNT Danceworks, the registration form will be destroyed (only photographic consent will be kept). You can ask to see your child’s registration form at any time. Please keep them updated. You have a right to withdraw consent at any time. Please note that without consent KNT Danceworks may not be able to deliver the services you wish to sign your child up for. In the highly unlikely event of a data breach, all parties will be notified immediately.
