Further Information:

• Refunds are unavailable for school clubs and performing arts classes. 
• School Clubs-Refunds will be given if KPA School cancel.
• School Clubs- Are non transferable.
• Performing Arts Classes-If KPA School cancel a class, you have a credit to use on a "makeup class"- You may use this credit to attend another class at any point during the term that is age and ability appropriate.
• Pupils must be in correct attire, no jewellery and have a named waterbottle.

• Late collection-For every up to 15 minutes late you will be charged £6.25. Please let us know on 07727241217 if you are going to be late, do leave a text as phone calls cannot always be picked up.
• If your child is being collected by another adult, we must have this in writing. We will not be able to dismiss your child without written consent. If staff are late leaving due to there being no written consent, you will be charged at £6.25 per 15 minutes.
