Terms and Conditions

**Invoice Details:

Upon enrolling into HYPE Dance Mount Gambier I understand that I will be invoiced at the beginning of each school term for the dance class that my child (I) has been enrolled in to.  I acknowledge that if I choose to pay my invoice on a weekly/fortnightly basis I am responsible for making payments until the invoice is paid in full.  Payment can be made at the HYPE Dance studio reception by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, via internet transfer into the HYPE dance studio bank account or through the hype dance app.



HYPE dance Code of Conduct

Students

•Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to class starting

•Wait to be invited into the classroom by your teacher before entering

•Ensure you do not have any chewing gum in your mouth when entering the class

•Everyone is here to learn and improve his or her skills so please only give uplifting feedback.  If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all.

•Treat others, as you would like to be treated

•Swearing in class will not be tolerated

•Respect your teacher and all other students

•At competitions, ensure you speak to all other competitors

•I will display modesty in victory and graciousness in defeat

•I will not talk poorly about any dance school regardless of what is talked about by others.

•Name calling and bullying will not be tolerated


Anyone who is unable to abide by this code of conduct will be asked to leave the studio immediately.


Parents

•I will not pressure my child in any way

•I will not use bad language or harass students, other parents and teaching staff

•Wait to be invited into the classroom by the teacher before entering

•I will remember that children learn best by example and will therefore help maintain the happy, friendly and encouraging learning environment provided by the HYPE dance staff

•I will give positive and uplifting comments to encourage and motivate

•I will not criticise or ridicule my child’s efforts

•I will respect the rights, dignity, and worth of all people involved in dance regardless of their gender, ability or cultural background.

•I will exercise restraint and will not speak poorly about any dance school regardless of what is talked about by others.

•When attending competitions please ensure you do your best to help others wherever you can.


Anyone who is unable to abide by this code of conduct will be asked to leave the studio immediately.
