Classes/Workshops/Summer Schools must be paid for in full before the student will be able to take classes at Lane's Dance Academy

Any invoices which remain unpaid after the invoice due date will have any discounts for that term removed. Lane's Dance Academy will open the waiting list & public bookings for those classes.A student's place is not held until payment has been settled. A late fee of £5 will be added to the invoice should fee's remain unpaid without the parent/caregiver contacting the academy prior to due dates for payments on classes.
We cannot refund students once a term has started so we encourage your child to have a go at the classes for that small duration, sometimes it can take a couple of weeks for children to settle and find their confidence.
We do not hold credit on file or carry credit over for illnesses, holidays or isolation cases.
If Lane's Dance Academy cancels a class, an alternative class will be offered, if an alternative is not possible for Lane's Dance Academy to provide we will carry that class credit to the next term automatically for you.
All dance classes at Lane's Dance Academy can be taught by any approved Lane's Dance Academy teacher and are always subject to change or can be covered by a temporary teacher when necessary.
After the initial trial fees are charged monthly pro rata through 11 months with a break in august via GoCardless. Please give notice prior to the 15th of the month should you wish to withdraw your child's place. A small final bill will be produced with any remaining fees due which must be paid before withdrawing.
