Terms and Conditions

1. Dancing is a contact sport, which involves the teacher having to move the student to a certain position in order for a greater understanding of their alignment.

2. Term fees must be paid no later than 4 weeks into the term, however if financial difficulties

prevent this then weekly installments can be arranged. Late Payment fees shall be added at $15 a week past the invoice due date. If you join half way through the term the fees will be Pro Rota basis. Each term a costume installment will be handed out depending on how many classes your child takes, this is to prevent one large payment for costumes towards the end of the year

3. No refunds or make up classes are given on missed classes whether it be camp, ill or covid positive result unless on exceptional circumstances and is to the teacher's discretion.

4. In the event of a medical emergency, where a parent cannot be contacted, I authorize L.C.D Academy to seek medical advice for my child at a hospital.

5. Dress code must be observed at all times, otherwise students will be asked to sit out and watch class.

6. Children must be accompanied by an adult entering up to the front door.

7. It is understood and agreed that all students take classes at their own risk and no liability under any circumstances shall be undertaken by the proprietors for injury, or loss of personal effects and clothing.

8. If unforeseen circumstances should happen whilst at the studio, for example, water or

electricity problems LCD Academy will not be liable.

9.The client and student consent to any photos or video footage of the student for advertising purposes only. To be including but not limited to LCD Academy Facebook Page/instagram, www.lcdacademy.com.au linked privately to the website.

10. After term 2, it is understood that the child is committed to the dance concert. Unless there is an injury or something preventing your child not to dance or we are Informed your child does not wish to partake in the Concert.
