By enrolling at Le Petit Ballet, families acknowledge and agree that:

• I give permission for my child to be photographed during classes and performances.
• Photographs may be used by Le Petit Ballet for publicity and promotional purposes, including online advertising.
• No parent, student, family member, or visitor is permitted to take photographs or film any part of classes or students without prior consent from the studio.
• If I do not wish for my child’s photographs to be used for advertising, I will notify the studio in writing via email at [email protected]
