I give permission for my child to be photographed during classes and performances. I understand that:

These photographs may be used for publicity and promotional purposes, including online advertising for Le Petit Ballet.

No parent, student, family member or person attending our studios is to take photographs or film any part of our classes/students in any capacity without prior consent.

If I do not wish for my child’s photos to be used, I will notify the studio in writing via email at [email protected].
