Gym Policies 2026
By enrolling your child at Learning Ladder Gym (LLG), you
acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Tuition/Payment:
- Monthly class tuition fees are due on the first of the month. Payment amounts during the school year will remain the same for months with fewer or more than four weeks. May and December tuition will be discounted to classes that average more than one month in a given season that received less than four classes. Summer classes run by session and will be billed based on the number of classes offered during each session. Summer class tuition fees are due on the first of the month in which the session begins.
- Special Event and Camp tuition fees are due on the first of the month in which it takes place.
2. Late Fees:
- A $20 late fee will be added on the second of the month for each weekly class on your invoice. If tuition is still unpaid by the time of your child’s first class of the month, your child will forfeit their spot in the class.
3. Event/Camp Cancellations:
- Cancellations within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made before the 48-hour window will be credited partially or in full at the discretion of the Learning Ladder team.
4. Class Withdrawals:
- To withdraw from a weekly class, a withdrawal form must be filled out on our website (www.learningladdergym.com) by the 25th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to withdraw from. Any child/family who chooses to stop attending and/or paying without informing the Learning Ladder team will be automatically removed from the class.
5. Holding Spots and Reenrollment:
- We cannot hold spots for students who withdraw for any period of time without payment.
- If you wish to reenroll your child for a weekly class, you must enroll on the portal system. New and returning students may only begin class at the start of the month.
6. Refunds and Make-Up Classes:
- We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, if unforeseen circumstances lead to multiple class absences in a month, we encourage you to contact us so we can address the situation on an individual basis and find a suitable solution.
- To maintain a consistent learning environment for our teachers and students, we do not provide make-up options for missed classes.
7. Right to Remove:
- The safety and well-being of our students and staff is of utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to remove any child from a class at the discretion of the Learning Ladder team.
8. Photo/Video Privacy:
- Please respect the privacy of our gymnasts by ensuring that any photos or videos you take feature only your own child.
9. Client Expectations:
- We value our relationship with you. Email is our main form of communication, so we ask that you put the best email address/addresses to reach you on your family portal account. Failure to check email will result in missing timely messages from the Learning Ladder team.
- Non-participating parents are asked to remain in the parent area during class. To help eliminate distractions, no parent/guardian shall call out to their child during class or instruct their child from the parent viewing area.
- Siblings are to remain off of the gym floor and athletes are to remain off of the equipment until instructed by a teacher.
- Any questions or concerns shall be dealt with in a respectful manner between both parties. No bullying of any kind will be tolerated.
