Terms and Conditions

By enrolling your child at Learning Ladder Gym (LLG), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy:

   a. Each family must provide a valid credit/debit card on file in the LLG portal system.

   b. Monthly tuition fees will be automatically charged to the card on file on the first of each month.

   c. Special event payments are due upon arrival. Alternatively, if payment is not made in cash/check, the card on file will be automatically charged at the end of the event.

   d. Failure to add a credit/debit card or settle outstanding invoices may result in your child being unable to participate until all balances are paid.

2. Withdrawal and Absence Notification:

   a. Withdrawals submitted via text, email, or verbal communication will not be considered valid requests.

   b. To initiate the withdrawal process, parents must complete the withdrawal form available on learningladdergym.com.

3. Spot Holding and Reenrollment:

   a. LLG cannot hold spots for students who withdraw for any period.

   b. Parents may reenroll their child at any time through the parent portal.

4. Monthly Payment Amounts:

   Payment amounts will remain unchanged for months with more or fewer than four weeks.

5. Refunds and Make-up Classes:

   a. LLG does not offer refunds for missed classes.

   b. Make-up classes for missed sessions are not provided.

6. Liability Waiver:

   a. Participation in LLG activities carries certain inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you assume all risks and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless LLG and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

7. Changes to Policies:

   LLG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as any policies or procedures, at its sole discretion. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on learningladdergym.com.
